I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Hunter College. I have worked with all kinds of people from all walks of life and found that regardless of their health goals, almost everyone's relationship with food could use some help. So that's what I do! I work with people one-on-one to mend their relationship with food. Eating is complicated, but it doesn't have to be. Together we can help you can find peace and freedom with food.

Everyone is deserving of care. With a weight inclusive, anti-diet approach, I specialize in eating disorder recovery, disordered eating, chronic dieting, and intuitive eating.
